I am testing something. I try to embed an audioboo on excessive tension which I published on the Radio Lewes site, for members of the Oyster Project. I want to see whether I can share this with a wider audience.

ReplyDeleteI have 34 more of these! I just tested this, so that I can start an Alexander Technique blog, and post all of them there - written up and audio. i am aiming for at least 52 - one for each week of the year. X
