Today I am grateful for:

Having time.
Being able to sit in the garden.
The colour blue - of all the flowers out right now.

Three things I am grateful for today:

The sound of the sea.
The chance to meet good friends.
The ease of talking to them.

I could add more - but I promised myself three things. Small steps. Every day. Rather than big steps every now and then.
